Platform Rules & Player Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "4pk365", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the 4pk365 gaming platform and the entity operating it under international gaming license authority.
• "Account" means the individual player account registered on the 4pk365 platform in accordance with these Terms.
• "Account Balance" means the total of real-money funds and bonus funds held in a player's 4pk365 wallet, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, crash game, slot, or any other gaming product offered through 4pk365.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits added to an Account that are subject to separate wagering requirements and conditions as set out in applicable bonus terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required by 4pk365 prior to processing any withdrawal from a player Account.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who creates or uses a 4pk365 Account.
• "Services" means all products, games, features, and tools accessible through the 4pk365 platform, including sports betting markets, live casino games, slot games, crash games, bingo, and all associated Account management functions.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the base currency of all 4pk365 Accounts.

By registering an Account with 4pk365, accessing any part of the 4pk365 platform, or placing any Bet through our Services, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and all applicable game-specific and promotion-specific terms that are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the 4pk365 platform and close your Account by contacting our support team. Continued use of the Services following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

To be eligible to hold a 4pk365 Account and use our Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the Services.
2. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
3. You must register only one Account in your own legal name. Multiple Accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
4. You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of 4pk365 or any of its affiliate partners or software providers.
5. You must not use any automated software, bot, script, or other artificial means to access or interact with the 4pk365 platform or to place Bets.
6. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must promptly update your Account information if any details change.

4pk365 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 4pk365 may result in temporary or permanent Account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals.

Each Player may hold one and only one Account on the 4pk365 platform. Registration requires the provision of a valid Pakistani mobile number, a unique password, and accurate personal identification details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials.

You must not share your login credentials, password, or one-time passcodes with any third party. 4pk365 will never contact you to request your password or OTP codes. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been authorised by you, and you accept full responsibility for all such activity whether or not it was authorised.

• Account registration is free of charge.
• You may register using a valid Pakistani mobile number in the 03XX format.
• 4pk365 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
• All Account communications will be conducted in English or Urdu as selected by the Player.
• You must enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where prompted; 4pk365 strongly recommends enabling 2FA on all Accounts.

All deposits to and withdrawals from your 4pk365 Account are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 4pk365 supports deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. The availability of specific payment methods may change without advance notice.

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmed receipt by 4pk365 from the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically settle within 60 seconds.
• 4pk365 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name that matches your 4pk365 Account details. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 4pk365 reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of deposited funds.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal will be processed. See Section 4 for KYC requirements.
• 4pk365 targets processing all withdrawal requests within 15–30 minutes for verified Accounts using JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business days.
• 4pk365 does not charge withdrawal fees from the platform side. Network or banking fees imposed by your financial institution are your responsibility.
• 4pk365 reserves the right to impose additional security checks on withdrawal requests that appear unusual, which may extend processing times.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirement completion as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

All Bets placed through 4pk365 are subject to these Terms and to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant product. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the game mechanics and settlement procedures.

• All Bets are final once confirmed. 4pk365 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a Bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system.
• 4pk365 reserves the right to void any Bet where there is evidence of: (a) obvious pricing error; (b) use of prohibited software or automated systems; (c) match-fixing, corruption, or the use of insider information; or (d) technical error affecting the display of odds or game outcome.
• For live (in-play) sports betting, Bets may be rejected or suspended during periods of rapid odds movement at 4pk365's sole discretion.
• Maximum Bet limits apply per market, per event, and per Account. Current limits are displayed within the 4pk365 betting interface and may be adjusted without notice.
• All casino game outcomes, including live dealer game results, are generated or conducted in accordance with the rules and procedures of the respective certified studio provider. Published RTPs are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a technical failure during an active game round, 4pk365 will resolve the Bet in accordance with the applicable game provider's rules on disconnection and incomplete rounds.

4pk365 offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to these General Terms and to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible Player unless otherwise stated. Multiple Accounts created to claim bonuses more than once will result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn as real money.
• 4pk365 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited and wagering has commenced, the original promotion terms will continue to apply to the credited amount.
• All bonuses are denominated in PKR.
• 4pk365 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where there is evidence that a Player has exploited promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion or in breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Bonus Funds cannot be used in conjunction with certain game types unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms. Contribution rates for different game categories toward wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's specific terms.

4pk365 provides the following player-controlled tools accessible from your Account settings at all times. These tools are in addition to the automatic 21+ age verification requirement:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases require a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss amounts per day, week, or month. When the limit is reached, further gaming activity is suspended for the remainder of the relevant period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum continuous session durations with pop-up reality check notifications at configurable intervals.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months. Cooling-off periods cannot be reversed before the stated expiry.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from all 4pk365 Services. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. Requests for permanent self-exclusion must be submitted to our support team in writing.

4pk365 does not knowingly allow individuals with active self-exclusion orders to create new Accounts. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 4pk365 platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all Account Balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other time.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or through the use of proxies, associates, or false identities.
• Accessing the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an artificial advantage over the platform or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in pricing — any winnings derived from exploitation of a technical error are void.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or using insider information in connection with any Bet.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds through payment methods that are not registered in your own legal name.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 4pk365 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcomes of any 4pk365 casino game, crash game, or other product through any means.

All content on the 4pk365 platform — including but not limited to the 4pk365 brand name, logo, design elements, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and compiled data — is the exclusive intellectual property of 4pk365 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 4pk365 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or otherwise exploit any 4pk365 content, in whole or in part, without the express prior written consent of 4pk365.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 4pk365's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of any 4pk365 Services shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to their 4pk365 Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

4pk365 expressly excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of winnings, or any indirect, special, or consequential loss.
• Loss or corruption of data arising from use of the platform.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 4pk365's reasonable control.
• Actions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other third parties connected to the platform.
• Any consequences arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including Account closure or forfeiture of funds.

4pk365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, without prior notice, if 4pk365 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your Account has been involved in fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• You have provided false information during registration or KYC.
• A regulatory requirement or order necessitates Account action.
• Retention of your Account presents a financial, reputational, or legal risk to 4pk365.

On closing an Account for breach of these Terms, 4pk365 may forfeit any Account Balance and void any pending Bets or promotions. Where an Account is closed by 4pk365 for reasons unrelated to player breach (for example, a decision to withdraw from a market), any real-money Account Balance excluding Bonus Funds will be returned to the Player via the most recent deposit method used.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting 4pk365 support. Voluntary closure will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money Account Balance will be returned after deduction of any applicable platform charges and subject to completed KYC verification.

If you believe a Bet has been settled incorrectly, a technical error has affected your Account, or any other platform-related dispute has arisen, you must contact 4pk365 customer support within 14 days of the relevant event. Dispute submissions received after this period may not be considered.

The dispute resolution process follows these stages:

1. Initial Contact: Submit your dispute via live chat or email to our support team. Provide your Account username, the relevant bet reference or transaction ID, and a clear description of the issue.
2. First Review: Our support team will investigate and respond with an initial finding within 5 business days.
3. Escalation: If you are unsatisfied with the first review outcome, you may escalate to our compliance team by requesting formal escalation in writing. A final decision will be issued within 15 business days of escalation.
4. Regulatory Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied after completing the internal process, you may seek review from the relevant authority under our international gaming license.

All communication related to dispute resolution must be conducted in English. 4pk365's decision on matters of platform technical performance and Bet settlement shall be final and binding unless overturned through the regulatory escalation process.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by 4pk365 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 4pk365 processes your personal data for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, and communication. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketers. Full details of your data rights, the categories of data we collect, and our data retention periods are set out in the Privacy Policy.

4pk365 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material amendment is made, 4pk365 will provide advance notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notice on the platform, no less than 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the 4pk365 platform following the notification period constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the amended Terms take effect by contacting our support team.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter player rights, and updates required to reflect changes in regulatory requirements — may be made without advance notice. The current version of these Terms, as displayed on this page with the Last Updated date, shall always take precedence over any earlier version.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 4pk365 holds its international gaming license.

Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of the licensing jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation, subject to the internal dispute resolution process set out in Section 13.
